Recently, on christmas day a nigerian man attempted to blow up a U.S flight going to detroit. The name of the nigerian man is Umar Abdulmutallab.Furthermore, he allegedly claim to be with al-qaeda. His father went to the U.S embassy to warn them about his son. In addition "Red flags" were missed across the board.Abdulmutallab had no checked luggage; he paid for his ticket with cash; and British officials had rejected his visa renewal application and had his name on their own watch list. Even though this happened his name was not put on the no-fly list. This event brought out the failure of the intelligence of the United States.
